How to Change the Branch Status

Changing Your Branch Status

Updating your branch status helps manage availability when your restaurant is temporarily unable to receive new orders.

  1. Visit the Restaurant Portal.

  2. Log in using your username and password.

  3. Navigate to the Branches section.

  4. Locate the desired branch and click the View button under the "Action" column.

  5. Click Change next to the current status.

  6. Select your preferred status:

    • Busy for 30 mins – The branch will resume accepting orders automatically after 30 minutes.

    • Busy until tomorrow – The branch will reopen and start accepting orders at the usual time the next day.

Your branch status will be updated immediately.

Note: If you need to close the restaurant for more than 24 hours, please contact us via email.
